Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in US dollars.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@iqpage.app within 30 days.

The Extension, Website, and all associated content, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Innovation HH LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or create using the Extension. By using the Extension, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Your use of IQPage is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at iqpage.app/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Extension, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE EXTENSION AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should verify important information independently.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATION HH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovation HH LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Extension; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
